 Hotel Policies

  • If you are looking to check in earlier than 3:00 PM, please let us know. We will do our very best to make arrangements for you!

  • Late check-outs can be requested and will be granted based on availability.

  • A cleaning fee of $450 is applicable if any evidence of smoking inside is discovered upon check-out.

  • We are happy to welcome your sweet pup to Gulf Hills. Please note there is an additional charge of $100, with a maximum of two pets/room. We also ask that all pets be under 40 lbs.

  • Each room has an exterior entrance. We have rooms located on the first and second story, but please note that Gulf Hills does NOT have an elevator onsite. ADA compliant rooms are available upon request.

  • There is complimentary onsite parking available at Gulf Hills.

  • We honor quiet hours between 9 PM - 9 AM. Any violations of the quiet enjoyment of other guest is subject to a fee based on the damages.

  • Your 1 night authorized payment is non-refundable. Guests are allowed to cancel their stay before 72 hours with no cancellation fee for the remainder of their stay after the 1st night. A credit card is required to secure the booking.

    Cash payments are not accepted.

  • In the case of special event dates, such as national holidays and festivals, an advanced Payment of the total nights' stay plus tax is collected 30 DAYS prior to check-in. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us AT LEAST 30 DAYS prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
